Yeah, it kind of does. If you've ever looked at the muzzle flash effects it's kind of Dynamic. All you'd really have to do is apply the effect to the front of a car without the blinking and you'd have dynamic headlights

I must say I consider this mod an honor to the human race.

I know this is relatively off-topic, but I have been unable to run any BF2 mods on the 64-bit version of Windows 7. The core game works fine, but this mod crashes while loading some maps, and mods like Omnicide and sometimes AIX won't even start up. Any suggestions/fixes?
