Unfortunately we do not support the vanilla game, we suggest reaching out to some of the plugin creators of this mod under the Addons section.

The first installer is for the backup system, while the second one is for the main mod installation.
That is unfortunately a common issue, and since we cannot edit the game engine, we cannot meaningfully fix it. Some people have fixed it, however, by playing the game in windowed mode.
Which missions specifically are we talking about here?
There should be 2 installers that run one after the other, first one for the backup system, and the second one for the main mod installation. Which one are you having this problem on?
Options --> Game Settings --> Language
Since this game is over a decade old at this point, we unfortunately do not believe there is any way for us to provide controller support at this point. We don't even believe the newer controllers work with the game.
All of the new units that are not normally playable in the campaigns should automatically be unlocked from the moment you install the mod.
Is the error only occuring in that mission?
Do you mean how to get to the game folder?
That should be fixed by an upcoming small update.
That is unfortunately mostly up to your network and Moddb servers, there is nothing we can do about that.
Unfortunately not, as the game cannot handle many more vehicle classes than there already are. The game engine is very old, and gets more unstable the more classes we add.
Your specs seem very high, so the lagging is an odd occurence. A few people have gotten this lagging issue with high-end PCs too, and some of the fixed it by messing with the compatibility and administrator settings of the game's exe file ("battlestationspacific.exe" in the BSP game root folder).
You can play it in some Island Capure maps, but apart from that we do not think it's neccessarly in any US missions.
Since this is an unofficial patch, we cannot really provide any minimum requirements, but we will say that running this mod on an SSD is highly reccomended due to the new models requiring far more loading. What are the issues you are facing?

Yes, these mods are unfortunately not compatible with one-another.
There have been no new "shaders" or "bloom effects" added by this mod, and the lagging is most likely because of the remastered vehicle models. They are FAR more detailed than their vanilla counterparts, and since you said that you're running the mod on a low-end PC, laggning is to be expected.
You download the installer, you unzpit it and you run it.

We're not really sure what you mean by this, do you mean how to get all the ship classes into a single mission?
That is unfortunately an issue that some other people have faced too. It is an issue with the game engine, and since we cannot edit the game engine, there is no real way for us to fix this.
So your game is crashing whenever you change your resolution?
What files are corrupt and/or what is the error message you get?
Make sure you click "Login" on the "AlterBSP Login" window that appears once the splash screen appears. If you hit any button before Logging-In, the game has a tendency to freeze.
Just vanilla (v1.2) version of Battlestations: Pacific.
There may be some profile files with all the units unlocked that some people may have, however we do not have them. The profile files are located in My Documents --> Battlestations-Pacific.
That will hopefully be fixed by a small upcoming patch, but for now you can try lowering your graphics settings to Medium or Low.
While that is an unfortunate reality of this game, some people have fixed it by playing it in windowed mode.
The reason for that is because the game exe has been slightly changed by the mod, therefore the trainers don't recognize the new program syntax.
