Tampered Evidence is just a brand name I came up with for games written by me, Carl Banks. You might know me from such classics as the winning entry in the 1998 International Obfuscated C Code Contest, and... well that's it, really. I wrote a flight simulator where the source code was shaped like an airplane; it's quite a famous program in certain geeky circles. Once upon a time I thought Tampered Evidence might someday be the name of my own game development studio, but you know how that sort of thing usually goes.
