There are several settings for health options. By default, drop health packs is on rather than health regeneration. It sounds like you need to turn regen on, and drop health off. In healthcentre.cfg:

set scr_demon_regen 1

There is a file included in the mod which explains how to get Pezbot working. The most likely cause for you not being able to get the bots working is having Punkbuster turned on. Turn it off! Punkbuster kicks bots, but once you turn it off, they will work.

The latest release with Pezbot support is now out.

If that was the case - that you were getting easier kills with a pistol - then it has nothing to do with my mod. I haven't tweaked the damage stats for the weapons at all. only the models have been changed for 4 of the weapons. The others are stock, and none of them have been tweaked down to less damage.

I can confirm that Pezbot will definitely be in the next release of this mod. The problem was finding enough free weapon files to be able to put the Pezbot bot weapons into the mod. I finally figured out how to do it, and its now on track.

Not at the moment, but it's something I could easily do for the next release.
