An incredible experience steeped in the greatest affections evident by the mod development team. After watching youtube playthroughs I purchased Med II solely for this mod, and a good 80 hours of play later I am perfectly satisfied. The custom campaign map, the carefully crafted factions, the intricate events system and their true nature to the books and lore left me speechless (and a bit more knowledgeable over the LOTR Lore than when I found it). While I eagerly await more modern conversions like Rise of Mordor, nothing will sate the craving for an epic LOTR strategy better right now than this beautiful work of art.
