Im kinda new to this site so i dont know how to PM. But I can be a tile setter. I've been trying to make an rpg out of Naruto myself but It doesnt look too good (especially scince it's only me working on it).
I could help you if you want. I know rpg maker xp very well, and naruto too. I can even get a friend to join into the action if you want.
