yeah uh you need to fix mission 1 day before cause when the helicopter guy comes it get way too laggy and u can hardly move

well ive downloaded pacthces pre installed and place them in the folder then when i activate the mod and restart the game nothing has changes just the mod is still activated but dosnt do anything

i extract it to mods then i go in game activate it i restart the game but nothing changes or happens
