I Have the same problem i keep geting stuck in mainland or san andreas and liberty.

I downloaded this one the only problem is the water in tunnle but i found a way through that i used a cheat.

Anyway i wanted to say it would be cool if the gta vice city reds and cars drove in the other cities that would be awsome.
i think that would be with the paths files.

You should probley download gta vice city ultimate trainer and turn on "SOLID GRANIT CAR" cheat.

I went right through the water in the tunnle.
