ok. 3 backgrounds for css. 1 picture was compiled with 3 different effects and converted in vtf for different screen sizes.it's all

it was 1st version with full effects, but nothing work on another pc's whithout some sdk(not for css)libraries. Some entries for shaders in this version replaced by standart - it is the reason

but now update video drivers and direct x. It can work much better.
