That one is a bit trickier, but not impossible. The problem is, that this GP relies on the command truck and if it can reach those places. To circumvent that, you need to move the sneak attack general power to a building through map.ini edit. It sounds hard, but is really easy.

What you need to do is to make a map.ini and place the code above. After that you need to place a dog kennel from eca and place it out of bounds on the map in worldbuilder.

The challenges addon has a soft incompatibility with hanpatch. You won't be able to build sw, but should still progress normally.

instead of campaigns you have to use the challanges .big.
For the laser challenge, that issue is known, but currently challenges are on ice and a fix won't happen anytime soon. I'm more active on discord for tech support.

As some of you noticed, VCR (Vanilla Campaigns Restored), GMC (Generals Missions Conversion) and ZMC (Zero Hour Missions Conversion) are no longer available. Don't worry, I'm not leaving the community. I moved them to the SWR community discord (https://discord.gg/REcbv37), there you can find the most recent and polished version.
Reseason being, my addons no longer represent what I have planned for them and don't contain the new valuable fixes. I decided to pull them before any more people brick their install and I have to troubleshoot over one hour for every person.
GenLauncher integration is in the works, stand by.

I recommend joining SWRs community discord and asking there. Otherwise, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Make sure you have only Rise of the Reds and no other mods in the same folder installed.
Make sure you start 'RotrInternal' and NOT 'ROTR185_Lnchr'.
Make sure you installed RotR version 1.85 + 1.86 + 1.87 2.0
Make sure you don't have the following files in your root folder: 'data\ini\Campaing.ini' and 'Window\Menus\MainMenu.wnd'

What do you mean with you can't win? Did the game crash? No victory screen?

Rotr up to v.1.87 2.0?
If you play with hanpatch. Are you using the appropriate version and removed any trace of the moddb version?
Any other mods installed in the same directory?

Yes and no
If you want to play with hp, you have to add more '!' to VGCR than hp.
However, some hp change won't be taken into account. You won't be able to build superweapons etc.
