Okay, this really isn't working for me. I've tried everything. I've deleted the map cache. I've deleted the flags folder. I've deleted everything in the flags folder. I've deleted the entire folder in My Documents and gone from the beginning. I've done it with and without installing and overwriting the original PDM. I'm using 3.03. I'm doing everything I'm being told to do in the comments section, and not a single thing works. Someone please tell me, from start to finish- How am I supposed to install this mod and make it work?
