Ok so i have the mod installed and it opens but goes right back to the desktop when i try going to SP or MP, any help?

got the target fixed and installed the patch but when i go to mp or sp it goes back to desktop

could it have to do with me having v1.5 of BF2?

DOes anyone know how to mod? im 15 but loved carnivores since i was little and i want to try and build a more fast paced fight to live with mod and make a map that would be night only with fog and try to make it more action packed
