This is unplayable. I've downloaded it several times and it shuts down due to not being able to find meshes for items. What is wrong with it?

So I can only lead like 200 troops. I made a new char and maxed out everything via cheats and then gave myself an absurd amount of renown to see if that would fix it but it didn't. Is this a bug?

So my renown is up and my charisma is 30 and leadership 10 and I still can only lead 180 troops. I made a new char and used the cheat to give myself stupid amounts of charisma, leadership, and renown and still the same.
