Maybe have the Powercells electrocte people inside the explosion radius and they cant shoot and or move for 5 seconds?

When im playing against CPU, my rebels wont destroy all buildings. only HQ and housing. And I don't get a Win message when my enemy is gone. the game goes on forever on Annilhation. Possibly add the ability to move/remove buildings that you built or add the ability for Units to go around buildings so they dont get stuck? Thanks. And can you possibly bring back the Scenarios from the older version of the game? They were very fun to play and now i can only play against bots...

Whenever i try to install this. when i launch it, i get an error saying: ERROR: Can't find background image materials/console/startup_menu.vtf... someone help?
