Thanks for reply, but I have found the solution (see below) earlier.

There is a serious glitch farther on the way. When you drag the sientist to the elevator and you both come to the lower levels he stucks to the floor and you cannot move him to go out. No reloadings help. The only way is to use "/noclip" to get through the LEFT(!) door and go up to the grants.

The reply isn't correct absolutely.
When you go out from the cave with toxic barrels, look to the right. You'll see the narrow ledge on the rock wall. You must jump on it over the abyss (though it won't be so easy). There behind the corner you will find the dead sientist sitting and his access card beside (and no dirt around). The jump back will be much easier!

It is strange, but when I moved up a box on slightly slopping part of the corridor it stopped dead and didn't want to move forward.

Can anyone please tell more precisely (not "somewhere")?

In Walkthrough it is said (map19) that there is a dead sientist with security card, but among the mountains in that map there is no scientist dead or alive. The last three dead sientists were in map17 just before the flaming buildings, but no dirt nor card.
