Does this mod also get rid of the team damage, or can you still hurt your co-op buddies?

Does this mod cut out team damage, or can you still inadvertently hurt the co-op players?

Don't get me wrong, I love that you guys are doing this, but aren't you worried that, especially with all the recent interest in Aliens games, you're going to get shut down by Fox?

One of the things your mod shares with Half-Life 2 is a sense of immersion. The level design is such that things don't seem to be just thrown in to make it look pretty--they're functional for the people inside this fictional world as well.

I also really like the idea of an FPS that is more adventure game than shooter, so I think the notes that are left behind are a great incentive for the player to keep going. On the flip side of that coin, the alien encounters seem to detract from the experience in my opinion, because the AI is so poor that it's like a constant reminder that I'm playing a game, removing the immersion aspects. I prefer the puzzle-oriented play, moving cranes and shifting boxes in order to discover what exactly is going on in the base. Obviously you need something to fill the space between puzzles, but I'm not sure blasting aliens fits the atmosphere this mod is going for.

I have to say the suit and rover HUDs and the black and white approach is the best thing for the game so far, but part of me agrees that some sound is needed. I like the claustrophobic feeling, but at the same time I think you could add in something like the rustling of the astronaut's body inside the suit, or his breathing, that could get heavier at certain trigger points, and still achieve the same effect.
