One of the Best mod i ever seen. you are not the courier, you are the sole survivor after 20 years, After total doom of the nevada area. Most of the people you know are dead or crazy, they will shoot you on sight! Supplies are so scarce, you will deeply thank for every single food/medicine/ammo you find Even after rising up to many levels!
