Heyya! Sorry for replying so late. You must think I'm such a douche-bag, haha. I haven't had the time to look back at IndieDB since Velocibox's Steam launch. There're simply too many things for one man to handle. :D

Thanks. But I do have experience developing and publishing on iOS/Android so I've got that covered. Thanks for the offer though.
Glad you're enjoying it. The game is meant to be purely skill-based. Upgrades and level up mechanics are not part of the final game. However, I've just finished up an alternate mode that's due for play-testing and will be integrating Steam features soon.
The game is set to release on Q3 2014.
Velocibox has been Greenlit on Steam: Steamcommunity.com
The problem you're facing is more of a performance issue on your machine rather than a bug. However, I am working on a fix to optimize the game for lower-end machines.
Glad you liked it. The video was pretty entertaining too :)
Thanks for the update. I'll be sure to add a lower setting for the final build.
Does it clip on basic settings as well? If you don't mind, it may help to know your hardware configs.
Yes, it does seem like it's slower on certain hardware. I've uploaded Demo 3.0.0 with attempts to fix this. I'd be grateful if you could test if it's faster on demo 3.
This is yet to be determined.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm working on a fix for this in the next demo release.
Because this is only a demo. The game over screen does say "End of Demo". :)
I've tested this with two different controllers on two different machines. It may be that your controller stick is faulty.
Is your Xbox controller plugged in? Is the left stick stuck to the left?
Ummm... why do you insist on running the old Beta build? The download links on this page have the demo builds that will not expire.
Demo 2.0.0 includes the option of selecting graphical settings to best suit your hardware so that it's accessible to more players.
Hope that helps.
I guess your machine isn't able to run it at the intended 60fps. It's my fault for not including a selection of graphical settings. I've just implemented this and it'll be in the final build. Sorry. :(
You simply have to slalom left and right. You can see this being demonstrated here: Youtube.com
There isn't a timer for the demo. It just ends when you reach Level 4.
I'm not sure if you are aware but I have shutdown open beta and this is a limited demo build for players who've missed out on that. If you want to play the full game, you'll have to wait for the full release on Steam which promises more levels than the beta. :)
Hi, was just aware of this recently. This will be fixed in the final build. Thanks for voicing out here!
Hello, the validation is there for the remaining Alpha-Beta period. The server may have some issues validating at times. Just restart the game and it should reconnect and revalidate. This minor annoyance will be removed in the final game. Sorry for the inconvenience :)
Hmm... it may be possible that the game was not able to calculate the collision physics fast enough on your machine. Is your PC able to play the game at 60fps?
Sorry for the missing files. The latest Beta build was recently uploaded but it's awaiting authorization from IndieDB. :(
Actually, 20 secs is pretty good time :).
I'm glad you enjoyed it! A level selection was in consideration during development for the very same reason you mentioned. I had decided to simplify it to just one game mode for a more focused experience. You feedback puts that feature back into consideration. Thanks for testing it out ;)
Thanks for taking your time to play the game. That's a great suggestion! The primary aim of the alpha test was to ensure that the level designs were clear and fair to the players. I'll add these indicators to the next build.
