try loading map again.

can you tell me what map you are trying to load?
can you also take a screenshot of the error?

to install put .pk4 file in C:\Program Files (x86)\id software\Quake 4\q4base
to uninstall remove .pk4 file

to load a map use console and type map stargate\xxx
xxx=map name

to use console at main menu press ctrl+alt+~ keys
