Napoleon V Bonaparte is the decendent of Napoleon I. The start year will be in 1936 . In this game France is evil instead of Germany.

Brief History
In 1812, after removing the last holdouts of the Russian army and capturing the Tsar, Napoleon was victorious on the continent. Britain had naval superiority and could not be attacked so Napoleon spread dissent which erupted in the 1822 British Revolution. A republic was established, but many British people supported the monarchy. When the royal family fled to Canada the only way to survive was to create the most democratic country in the world. There were the Quebecois and the need for MASSIVE immigration to fill the Canadian Wastes that forced through these concessions and by 1835 the country was powerful enough to punish the US forcing them to give up most of their land. This was the last war the country was involved in.
In 1918 the French Empire was defeated and was replaced by the 2nd French Republic. Italy, which was ruled by Napoleon's nephew's line, became a constitutional republic, and The German states were united as a counter to France on the continent. Mussolini's fascists gained traction in the late 1920's after the Montreal Stock Exchange crash. This same event lead to the restoation of the empire in France. However Germany banned the NSDAP in 1930 as well as arresting Hitler and his inner circle. The reason why Germany is in such a fragile state is because of government mismanagement and feuds between the mobile warfare theorists and defensive theorists. The alliance is a coalition against fascism created by The UK, republic of great britain, and germany. In the 1939 start the republic of britain is communist so they are no longer in the alliance. The pact of steel is an offensive alliance created for mutual cooperation in the next war for world domination...

Vilnius is in the game as Wilno. Paradox named the city in Polish because it was officially part of Poland since the Treaty of Riga in 1922. Historically both the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the Lithuanian-Polish Commonwealth were both accepted as the official name of the country as well as Krakow and Vilnius being both capital cities of the commonwealth. I'm not sure how to simulate that with hoi4, but I am sure that as Napoleon's puppet state, he would want the administration to be central, so in Warsaw. If you want I can change the localization to rename Wilno to Vilnius.

PS The reason why all the countries of Europe are free is because Napoleon's French Empire was defeated in the Great War and they were liberated. Before 1918 the PLC was a puppet of France.

I appreciate your feedback and I wish I could make Warsaw and Vilnius dual-capitals, but the game just does not permit that.
