Hello, I'm really enjoying the mod so far, thank you for all your hard work. I was wondering how you get prompted after joining a holy order (Templar, hospitaller). I've been in service to my lord (hospitaller grandmaster) for several weeks. I've a bunch of fights and killed a ton of enemies, but my commanders report keeps saying N/A next to required exp for promotion. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to bother you all, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to recruit units from the crusader troop trees (Templar, Tripoli, etc.) I'm using native recruitment, do i need to enlist in a lords party first? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
