Hamachi could get quite laggy, but I do believe Hamachi LAN works as long as they can see the server in the in-game LAN server list.
All drivable vehicles have passenger seats (5 seats for opeltrucks) for carrying teammates only (no passengers allowed for Free-For-All). Tanks, jeeps, and SDKFZs also have a 30 Cal Turret Slot. Other vehicle controls are printed in gold to each player when they hop in.
They're in M1L1, M1L2A, M1l2B, M1l3A, and M1l3B. Yep they work over LAN, but you must be using MOHAA Reborn 1.12, and you must run this mod on a dedicated server (its own console window). Then you & others must open another MOHAA window to play & join via LAN. Press USE near a vehicle to hop in, hold USE to exit.
