I'm really not happy with the new spear breaking system - 9/10 times the spear will break on the very first hit with it, even on foot.
Also the whole town removal thing kinda sucks, I loved how many towns there were in earlier patches.

I'm getting the exact same issue, there's no explanation other than an unexpected runtime error.
