Great mod but only one slight fault why does the danish speak swedish?

hi i hve ben having problems lately i have downloaded the mod and wen i click on the install file it brings m to Word and it does not install please help me and please explain like you would to a noob.And with the new apperances does it automaticly switch or does it let you chose please answer soon

when i got the file i layed but it Sayed that i had MOS but i dont and when i go toa battle the map is black and it sayes an unspecified error has ocured in medival kingdoms the program will now shut dow help me pleeeeeeaseeeee
