I have same issues(i'm new to this mod)
also notifications don't show anything, i have open recent notes every few seconds, also when i hire some of the companions the game freezes

Btw i have issue with recruiting Falcon troop from villages, the dialogue never shows when i'm in village menu( i had this issue with 1.0 and still have with 1.1)
Also Liana is my grand daughter for some reason
