I totally agree with freetomfr.
If videos and screenshots are such horrible advertising methods then why do all the major companies make them? If fans hate screenshots and videos so much then why do all the major companies make them?
Not only do these things alleviate pressure put on the team by reassuring the fan that you're doing your job, but they make your fans happy and willing to stick around that extra week or two so nessessary... people remember what your up to more often if they watch an hour or so of preview videos.
You really should bust out a camera one day and present your mod. At least do something like blizzard did with sc2 by playing through a small match with voiceover.
