Basically it means if you attacked Rome, it's battlemap could be Minas Tirith, or if you attack another city its battlemap might be Erebor etc etc.

Because of this we will be moving to Attila sometime around late April, we will continue to work on Rome 2 and hopefully have some form of Alpha released on that before moving.

Modding doesn't affect multiplayer, just as long as you and other players have the same mods turned on you can play any multiplayer mode.

You may be required to get some faction DLCS like the Greek cultures. However the campaign DLCs wont be required.

We are working on the campaign (buildings, edicts and various other features), units, visuals like unit cards, UI, re-designed mechanics etc etc

Rohan 80%
Gondor 20%
Mordor 0%

CA have contacted us and we wont be allowed to upload it to the steam workshop for certain issues.

So we will host it on TWCenter when we release.

Steam greenlight is for indie developers...

To those who are spreading rumours that this mod won't continue due to currently not having campaign map tool need to stop.

LET ME BE CLEAR, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE GET CAMPAIGN TOOLS OR NOT THIS MOD WILL STILL CONTINUE. FOR WE HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE PLAN THAT IS IN THE WORKS IF NO TOOLS ARE EVER RELEASED.

Since we are basing the mod on the books, we've used various illustrations that were created by tolkien himself. The helmet above itself was an illustration of the crown of gondor helmet that was made by Tolkien.

They are in-game. It's the Settings on our team members GEM that causes it to look like it.

Yes there will, some of the Gondor units will also have leg greaves and arm guards. You will start to see this most likely in tier 3 and 4 units when we start on them.
