why some maps are really laggy to me?

hello owner when i play campaign as china "techinical difficulties" and GLA it gives lag

not only that i almost forgot go to options and custom check 3d shadow and check disable dynamic heat

My friend when you start the game and playing press alt+TAB and ALT+TAB again the lags gone it should be better now mine works just try it!!!
