This game looks very nice, but I'm having problems launching it. I'm on Arch Linux x64, I tried to get it to work by installing the various 32bit libraries (any chanches for a native 64bit build?)... Anyway, I managed to launch it, but only if I go to command line, cd to the install directory (/opt/desura/common/Flare) and execute './flare' from there. Trying to launch from Desura, it complains about a missing libjpeg.so.62 (which actually exists, and I have no clue where it's searching it). Trying to launch the game via command line using the full path from anywhere outside of the Flare directory results in a "Error during ModManager::loadModList() -- couldn't open mods/mods.txt" error.
I hope this can be fixed, because I had no luck with the Arch linux AUR package either (the download keeps getting interrupted halfway and can't be resumed).

Oh well, I already managed to download it from the Desura site through an external browser, since the client didn't cooperate. Replacing the files manually worked, but somehow it changed the default name of the savegame folder, so I had to move the savegames from the old folder to the new one too.
Well, problem solved anyway. :) Now I'm only waiting for you to release the expansion here. ;)

Hmm, I see. I wouldn't mind redownloading the whole thing to update, but it seems the client doesn't want to download the new version and keeps getting the old one :| I guess it's cached somewhere even though I told it to delete the files, and there's something I should do to force it to download the right version, but I have no clue where to look.
I guess I'll just dowload it externally from the website and replace the files manually. :T

Hello, I realized I have installed an older version of the game than the one that is currently reported on this page (1.0b vs 1.1r). I don't understand how to update, though. I thought Desura would notify me of updates, but it actually didn't? I tried clicking on the Linux version in "purchased downloads" but it just does nothing. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but I apparently still got the same 1.0b version. Sorry I'm very new to Desura and I don't know how things work exactly on here.

I'm using it on Arch Linux x64 and it works with no problems :) I only had a problem with drag&drop at first, but it was because I didn't have a library installed (I don't remember what it was, but I discovered it from the output by launching the game from the console)
