Make it that you can build a mecha bay on water but can only produce water and air vechiles. Chopper VX starts off in choper mode.

All these are top secret protocalls.

Repair drones (makes 6 repair drones appear on selected area that repair land/sea vechiles)
Emperor's Finest (Digitize 3 1st level (promoted) Tsunami tankes to selected area)
Emperor's Finest V2 (Digitize 4 1st Level (promoted) Tsunami Tankes to selected location.
Emporor's Finest V3 (Digitize 5 1st Level (promoted) Tsunami Tankes to selected location.

Stasis shield(All units/bases can't shoot move or do anything within this shield like the nanoswarm. Can't be used within player's base build radius.)

autocannon upgrade (increaces mecha tengu/jet tengu, Ore collector defender VX turret's damage.)
Wave Force bombardment. ( all wave force artillery units fire into the sky to form a wave force bubble over the targeted area. And when all wave force units have fired once, the bubble drops and creates a mini psyonic decimater strike.
