The red dot's are marking the actual location of the tools
1. on the other side of the container
2. in the blue buss ( just in the gap of the open Doors )

I dont know what ur finding on that eastern spot Theres nothing there for me.
Did you got the tools in the Buss ( IF yes ) then other ones must be in the spot No:2
Ps. R you using Misery 2.2 ?
