Team Fortress 2

Game review

I love TF2, mostly because of how you can customize your class to your liking, with different hats, weapons, etc. It's a very fun class based game with neato Cartoony graphics and awesome gameplay. There are nine classes in TF2, Scout, Spy, Sniper, Heavy, Soldier, Medic, Demoman, Pyro, and Engineer, each with their own unique gameplay style. There's a lot to do in TF2, and with all the community created content including maps, gamemodes, even mods, there's no reason not to try this game. "The most fun you can have online.." is now free, so come on in and enjoy what TF2 has to offer.

Project Zomboid

Early access game review

This is the all time best zombie survival game ever. Most of the mainstream zombie games are focusing on "getting to the chopper" so to speak, or surviving endless waves of zombies, but Project Zomboid brings something new and realistic to the table. Instead of generic run and gun gameplay most zombie shooters are about, you actually have to survive the apocalypse, requiring food, sleep, and ways to keep yourself sane throughout the whole thing, whether it be popping anti-depressants, reading a book, or going outside for a walk, there's always something to keep you busy in the game. Project Zomboid is currently in Pre-Alpha, but in the coming months there will be updates adding more features, and eventually adding NPCs that you can interact with. You may need someone desperately, but what are you going to do when you find out that your best friend is going to kill you? Dealing with relationships with NPCs is probably what I'm looking forward to most in this game. It is definitely worth the small amount of money the developers are charging for it, and I would recommend this to any zombie survival enthusiast who wants an actual zombie survival experience.

Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad

Game review

Red Orchestra 2 is an amazing game. It will never beat RO1 IMO, but it is pretty fun to play, whether you're in a building, hiding away from the unforgiving artillery, or charging into a trench, bayonet ready to kill, it's a very original experience that most of the generic shooters of today will never compete to. There are many flaws in this game however, bad optimization, buggy cover system, and the stat system is a complete train wreck, along with the singleplayer being completely unplayable due to the braindead AI. Though when playing multiplayer, it's an unforgettable experience and it is definitely worth a try, by the time some of you are reading this, these bugs may have been sorted out completely. And thank you Tripwire, for making an incredible game and not charging ANY money for DLC.

Grand Theft Auto IV

Game review

Grand Theft Auto 4. I was completely amazed with this game. The gameplay was fun and addicting, the graphics were stunning, and the story was amazing. I feel that this is the best game in the series, mostly because the amazing story. I felt that the story showed more emotion then in the other games. Not saying that the other games are bad, I love the original GTAs, but GTA IV is just downright awesome. And the Multi-Player was a blast, just me and a couple of people roaming around the vast city that is Liberty City, doing whatever we want. This game is a must have if you're a fan of the Grand Theft Auto series.

Minecraft

Game review

Minecraft is just, different. Not the bad different, but the different that catches your eye. I wasn't sure if this game was worth buying, but after playing it for the first time I was hooked. I have easily played 150+ hours on this game since September. First looking at it, I thought, hey these graphics are kind of weird, but the game just wouldn't be the same without the retro styled graphics. I remember back when I first played it, I tried to make a house in a cave, digging all the stone with my hand. I didn't know about pickaxes then. But even though it took a VERY long time to dig it out, I felt like, hey, I just made my own house! And thats the feeling I get from Minecraft. It just feels rewarding for all the hard work you put into it. Or at least that is how I feel. Minecraft is definitely a game you should buy, it is just amazing. And with the buggy, but fun Survival Multi-Player mode, you and some friends can do the same thing together! Overall, I give Minecraft 10/10. It feels very original, and is very replayable since every world is completely different.
