Check if you have "Load Textures on Demand" on.
You can find it in the configure in the launcher.

Just start M&B and choose "Vikingr 0.80" in the launcher.

Possibly, the boat is in vanilla M&B as well.

Try this download Mbrepository.com, its the full version not the patch, just delete your current Vikingr folder and install with this one.

You have to rename the mod folder manually to "Vikingr 0.80".
