I tried to comment on your post on Vampire Bloodlines forum, but I was unable to because they blocked new posts. I got my version through Steam. So here is the solution I used to fix the "Memory Under 15MB" Issue. Apparently, I cannot use URLs in my post due to spambot protection so I am going to enter it in a way it will accept.
