This blog is meant for myself in case I forget or give up.

I'm planning to make a campaign on Hotline Miami 2 level editor with modified sprites. Even so, I don't really know anything about modifying a game, I signed up for Moddb because I wanted to try some Command & Conquer mods and I'm amused by the mods that people here have made.

Instead of being silent and doing nothing in life, I thought of trying to make a Hotline Miami 2 campaign, which has a similar story to the film The Raid: Redemption (2011), but it's about the Nod soldiers who managed to attack one of the GDI buildings. The story is set in a different Tiberian Sun timeline where one of the GDI bases managed to withstand Nod's attack and suffered a lot of damage, but some Nod infantry managed to get inside the building where one of the GDI commanders was and he was protected by several soldiers. The remaining Nod infantry have lost communication with their commander and may be surrounded by titans and others if they exit the building, so their best option is to die while fighting GDI soldiers inside the building.

Why don't I just make a Renegade mod for this? Because I have no knowledge of modifying that game. I didn't even know how to make this Hotline Miami 2 mod myself and now plan to learn it because two dimensional is simpler than three dimensional for me. The team currently consists of 2 people (me and one of my friends, maybe the number will increase if I meet local people in my country who can be paid or people from any country who want to volunteer).

My friend and I are busy in the real world and I'm still not feeling well for now even though I have recovered from tuberculosis, therefore this project will take a long time to finish or maybe it won't be finished at all. This project is probably won't be as good as expected, but I still want to try to make something that I and some people like.
