A lamp I've made in Blender to test the new Cyclers Render Engine.
Pretty cool, a complicated material system if you're new to it, but it's pretty powerfull and you can create fantastic stuff with it.
A user on the internet said, no matter what you do, with Cyclers it looks damn awesome.
And I have to agree :P
they cylinders DO look awesome! Specially the nice reflections! I wonder why there is an "engine" just for cylinders?
Hey,
well, its called Cycles, I made a typo :P
Its a new engine for realistic lightning and reflections, its not just for Cylinders^^
is it for rendering in movies or for real-time lighting in game engines?
Well, you can use it for everything. It just simulates more realstic lightning than the Blenders Internal one and gives you better results.
