If you want to play the campaign you have to install the 3 parts of the mod : setup, map and addons
I think you probably have forgotten one of those

Are you sure you install the mod in your napoleon folder and not somewhere else ?

And you have to install th addons part for th sound (i don't know why but you need the 3 parts)

Just for everyone to be able to see my comment i rewrite it :

I found the solution !
The developers forgot a file.
Here is what you have to do :
1. go to your Napoleon total war folder
2. go to data
3. create a folder named "ntw3" in the "campaigns" folder
4. copy the "startpos.esf" file in NTW3\Backup and paste it in the campaigns\ntw3 folder
5. Launch NTW3 v7.5 and the campaign works !
