ENB working, on 1.0006, no gamedata folder at all

Description
If ENB is not working:
- d3d9.dll must be on .exe folder, overwrite all files in that folder with ENB's again.
- start up with no gamedata/shaders folder
ps: screened on my notebook with fps locked, performance should be way over 60/70 fps
