Most rpgs are a huge undertaking expecially for indie developers who usually have little resources. Adding coop or online multiplayer to games such as this is sometimes too time consuming. Especially when that time can be better spent improving the quality of the story or quests.

Depending on how this game goes, I have plans to release a sci-fi rpg. I might possibky integrate coop into it if this is something players are looking for in rpgs
