We're using TC in the current version, it's really great. As far as i remember (we made terrain the first, almost year ago) our terrain designer didn't use any additional shaders. Hope, Gaias quality on multiterraion will be as good as using TC. Thanks for feedback!
Hey, man! Going great - we're preparing third update, which will iclude roads in settlements and between, trading caravans. Besides we're working right now on new npc's model, with facial animation, MUCH moree customization options, including face and female characters - also this model will be used for fully functional third person view. As for castles - battle actions between settlements will be included in 6th update, so the castles will be in game about that time - when sixth update will be released.
Try to alt-tab your game, wait and open it again.
Ask NPC about it in the upper dialog menu.

For now all interiors are solid, only bed is interactable, but i like the idea about being a thief.

Yes, i have the same idea about multiple enemies - hold LMB to look at one of them. When you're fighting two enemies, you probablu could switch between them, but you have to be very skilled fighter, because our combat depends on stamina - it stamina is low, enemy can't parry or block, and it's very hard to maul two enemies at once.
No, it's just mouse swing. By clicking LMB in central part of the screen, you'll make a point.

Yeah, there is not much stuff in this build, but much more than it was month ago, for example. Trust me - i do my best and work 24/7 to make game smoth and playable. You can't fight anyone for now, because enmies and combat are still in development, i want to polish it, before giving to testers (but i'm sure they'll find tons of bugs anyway). Anyway, it's my priority before public release: combat, some wild animals, building and willage managing.
Yes, each NPC already has its personalities - one positive and one negative, set random. Also I want to implement such thing like memory - NPC will remember most important events like someone death, success etc. - and it will also affect all its actions.
And, man, you don't have to apologize - such posts are very important for me, really.
