When you download the files, there is an Installation txt file. I followed that and got the mods up and running:
1 - Copy "ddraw.dll" and "Kendos Cut Uncut.exe" into your original RE2 SourceNext folder;
2 - In that RE2 folder, drag "ddraw" on top of the new .exe file (unless you already have Classic REbirth installed);
3 - Copy the .7z file and paste it into your original RE2 SourceNext folder. It should be done in this order to prevent errors;
4 - Use the Kendo's Cut Uncut.exe and use the mod selector to choose this mod.

Absolutely amazing. Got a chance to play Kendo's Cut and Kendo Uncut back to back. Absolutely blew away my expectations. Hilarious, engaging, and just all around fun with so many unexpected turns. 1000 out of 10, mod of the year territory.

I did find one soft lock in Kendo Uncut. After saving Sherry from the trash compacter, if you do not grab both the wolf and eagle medallions, you can not go back either through the alligator hallway or the fan passage to grab one if you missed it. The alligator hallway does not let you reenter, and there is no way to turn off the fan again once going down the ladder resulting in a soft lock. I can provide footage for reference if need be.
