It's been confirmed many times over that Strifeguy (among others) isn't going to be added, I'm afraid. There's a third-party addon for him here, however (still in alpha):

Or, y'know, just set samsara_cl_bloodyhell in console once 0.31 comes out. That could work too.

Naw man, use Ketchup. It's a simplified gore mod by Mark that's meant to be compatible with almost any other mod. Still needs a special version for Samsara, though, for zorching and the like:
