Hello - so, I hope I don't sound too foolish asking this, because it seems that everyone else has already figured this out but... I've been playing the Galactic Conquest Scenario, "Begun the Clone Wars has..." for about an hour now, using version 4.0 of this mod... and I just can't figure out for the life of me.... how do you advance Tech Levels as the Republic??
I've been looking around desperately for some kind of guide to the mod, as well as scouring the first 10 pages of comments on this page in search of an answer. I have come to understand that the Republic is supposed to advance by researching Tech Levels from a Research Facility, in a manner similar to the Empire. But unless I'm missing something, NONE of my planets have a Research Facility, and none of them are giving me the option to build one... help a peep out?
I adore this mod to bits, but it would be really nice to play around with Phase 2 Clone Troopers and Venator Class Star Destroyers too, and being stuck at Tech Level 1 is saddening me to no end :3
