The problem is:

after that error the game can be played it doesnt crash to desktop BUT the AI/computer players/companys ( the ones that are in competition with you for 51% freight market cap to win ) dont hire anymore drivers so basicly that error is gamebreaking but doesnt crash the game , very sad :((
