SO what kind of shells? SABOT, which I assume will be good against tanks? Why not add Armor Piercing shells of any sort, instead of Sabot, which would destroy tanks quicker. (eg. AP, APDS,APFSDS,APCR,APCNR,) and HE, what kind of HE? There are many kids, some are good vs. infantry, some are better vs. structures and infantry. My advice is to add MPAT (HE) and APFDS Shells.
