Downloaded mod for entrenchment...
The Borg should have 100% Allegiance at all planets they have assimilated. And - on the other side - be unable to spread their "culture" without direct attack and assimilation of foreign planets.
Is that possible? :)

Make it Socialist Republic of California/Carson (SRC) and itll be fine. Not even the crazy soviets claimed to have achieved communism... and please allow me to spread the word of Marx over all California! Free the people from the Bourgeoisie! xD
... and please be so kind and make at least some serious content (though typical fallout-scenarios cannot be straight serious as they are allways overexaggerated). I'm fed up with that "crazy communist want to conquer the whole world"-stuff ;)
