Most of the Italian weapons weren't that good, except for the Carcanos (The top rifle pictured in the first image). They are probably one of the most famous (or infamous; it was used to kill president kennedy), and I happen to own one. The update is great, too btw. I have the BF2 demo, and am hoping for the full version for christmas, so I can get all these great mods.
The models are great, too (I also happen to be a fairly good modeler in blender, and expert texturer in photoshop if i do say so myself)
