Cant load any games please help, SO area is running fine, i download an extrached this mod into my area folder the game starts up but i cannot load any games, or start any new ones any ideas what happening

Im having trouble downloading ive tried downloading the file multiple times, i had an older version running but it stopped loading saves any ideas?
