You just place the .pack file in the game's \data\ folder
And then just run the game (remember to enable it the TW Mod Manager)

The folder is often something like this.
C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Total War Rome II\data\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamappsTotal War Rome II\data\

I could make installer (.exe, I am a coder), if is a problem.
I also have a version 2.0 of this mod and other cities. Should I upload them to here.

Thanks, could be nice and spread the word? There is no-one on this site that actually knows the mod is here, on steam I have 20,000 subs.

All the images is with HD, the yellow text here is for when I tested the mod.

These color have been corrected in a newer version..... (the red walls have been toned down or rmemoved)

All of the images here are with the mod one, the one baarbarian city with snow on the wall is a test if mod works with DeI which it does very well...
