Do I need to download the bin, the rar or exe? Does it matter which one you download?

how did I not install it correctly? I placed the pezbots folder in the mods folder and nothing happens!

It isnt working. I type in /svr_pezbots 7 and it just says unknown cmd /svn_pezbots. Can anyone help plz?
